• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient recruitment campaigns.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain or London, UK.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in fast-paced or matrixed organizations.
• Strong proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms.
• English: C1 level required for clear communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data to inform decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience applying DE&I principles in hiring.
