What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn, the company website, and industry outreach events.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining consistent communication with candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and the leadership team to define team structures and future hiring needs.
• Maintain and update job specifications and manage data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Drive company-wide Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives and support university relations strategies.
