What you will do

• Negotiate and draft agreements for the distribution of entertainment and news channels and DTC offerings across EMEA and Asia.
• Manage content acquisition, advertising, and sponsorship agreements, advising on marketing and consumer law.
• Act as the primary legal adviser for the International Media Distribution (IMD) business for foreign language channels entering the US.
• Advise the business on legislative and regulatory developments in EMEA and Asia Pacific, specifically regarding copyright and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal specialist lawyers across IP, Litigation, Privacy, and Employment domains.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Qualified to practice law in the UK preferred (6-10 years PQE).
• Essential experience leading the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts.
• Background in IP or transactional corporate experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong interest in the media industry and associated legal challenges.
