• Create and execute category strategies for the Japan and Korea markets.

• Drive compliance with category strategies, supplier base plans, and procurement best practices.
• Participate in target setting, monitoring, and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships as a proactive business partner.
• Share best practices and facilitate professional networking onsite.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience collaborating with suppliers in Japan via construction or engineering activities.
• Native level Japanese proficiency.
• Business level English proficiency.
• Proven experience in procurement, RFQ, and contract management.
