What you will do

  • Create and execute category strategies for Japan and Korea.
  • Identify suppliers and drive sourcing activities based on business needs.
  • Manage supplier compliance with category strategies, supplier plans, contracts, processes, and best practices.
  • Participate in target setting, follow-up, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure correct use of relevant procurement tools.
  • Develop stakeholder relationships and share procurement best practices onsite.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with suppliers in Japan through construction or engineering activities, or supporting these activities from a procurement function.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
  • Experience with supplier management, sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and procurement analysis.
