What you will do

  • Lead growth strategy and execution for assigned international B2C and B2B markets.
  • Scale and optimize influencer partnerships through negotiation and performance tracking across all tiers.
  • Increase brand visibility via PR initiatives and strategic local marketing campaigns.
  • Identify, test, and validate new acquisition channels using a data-driven, hypothesis-based approach.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Enterprise teams to generate qualified B2B leads and improve conversion workflows.
  • Conduct continuous market research to refresh customer personas and identify emerging growth trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, international expansion, or business development.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to prioritize initiatives and measure success.
  • Proven experience managing influencer marketing, PR, or paid acquisition channels.
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • English: C1 level proficiency required.
  • Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany.
