What you will do

• Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy for VOY Weight Loss.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
• Plan and execute integrated influencer campaigns from briefing through reporting.
• Define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize investments to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative, and Medical teams.
• Track social media trends, emerging platforms, and new creator formats.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing.
• Experience managing performance-driven campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance and optimize against KPIs.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership from strategy through execution.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
