Head of Growth / Head of Performance Marketing (f/m/x)

What you will do

• Lead paid acquisition for wirkaufendeinauto.de and Autohero, covering seller sourcing and buyer acquisition.
• Translate customer journeys, funnel behavior, segment economics, and customer intent into channel, audience, bidding, and campaign decisions.
• Monitor major channels and markets, investigate performance changes, and take corrective action at account level.
• Allocate investment across brands, markets, and channels using CAC, Gross Profit, customer value, purchasing capacity, and inventory data.
• Directly lead around 10 channel experts and develop independent owners across Europe.
• Build a test-and-learn roadmap and use AI, scripts, and automation to improve growth operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across major paid platforms and ideally multiple markets at significant scale.
• Deep understanding of customer journeys, conversion, CAC, inventory, capacity, unit economics, and Gross Profit.
• Strong knowledge of account structures, bidding logic, audiences, feeds, tracking, and experimentation.
• Ability to turn performance data into fast decisions and actionable changes.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing experts with direct accountability and feedback.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
