Team Assistant, Marketing (Gaming)

What you will do

• Provide administrative and organizational support across regional MMO marketing projects.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns by coordinating assets, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Assist with consumer events, trade shows, community activations, media tours, and related logistics.
• Support PR and influencer activities, including briefings, asset distribution, communications, shipments, and activity tracking.
• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, reporting documents, and campaign performance data.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and to agreed quality standards.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with initial experience in marketing, PR, communications, administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and external collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media, and digital advertising.
• Native German and business-fluent English, spoken and written.
