Head of Growth / Head of Performance Marketing

What you will do

• Lead paid acquisition for wirkaufendeinauto.de and Autohero across European markets.
• Connect seller sourcing and buyer acquisition across both businesses and optimize the full customer journey.
• Translate customer intent, funnel behavior, segment economics, CAC, Gross Profit, capacity, and inventory into investment decisions.
• Stay close to Google, Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels, stepping into accounts when performance requires action.
• Lead around 10 channel experts directly, setting accountability, giving feedback, and developing independent owners.
• Build a test-and-learn roadmap and use AI, scripts, and automation to improve growth operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience across major paid platforms and preferably multiple markets.
• Deep knowledge of account structures, bidding, audiences, feeds, tracking, and experimentation.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion, CAC, inventory, capacity, unit economics, and Gross Profit.
• Ability to analyze performance changes, identify causes, make decisions quickly, and act without waiting for another reporting cycle.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing channel experts with clear ownership and direct feedback.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
