What you will do

• Own the performance creative strategy and acquisition metrics to drive commercial growth.
• Translate customer behavior, performance data, and strategic hypotheses into creative concepts, scripts, and briefs.
• Establish repeatable creative systems, including testing frameworks and learning repositories.
• Collaborate with growth, content, and external partners to align on shared commercial objectives.
• Build and implement AI-enabled workflows and automations to scale creative production and quality.
• Mentor and develop designers, editors, and creators to raise the overall quality bar.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning performance creative and improving acquisition metrics through structured experimentation.
• Expertise in developing high-performing creative strategies for paid social, with specific strength in Meta.
• Ability to write high-converting ad copy, scripts, and creative briefs based on customer insights.
• Experience designing structured testing methodologies that generate meaningful learning.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and automation platforms to streamline creative operations.
• Must be based in the UK.
