Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Compensation: $170,000 – $210,000

What you will do
- Develop and maintain a cohesive creative strategy across the entire customer journey, including ads, landing pages, and app onboarding.
- Partner with Social, SEM, and paid channel leads to brief assets and influence the creative testing agenda.
- Build and maintain a structured creative testing framework to prioritize experiments and synthesize actionable results.
- Influence the testing roadmap for landing pages and app flows in partnership with Growth and Product teams.
- Integrate internal and external AI resources into creative workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Serve as the strategic creative partner across Brand, Growth, and Product to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or a hybrid performance/brand role.
- Deep understanding of how creative drives performance across paid channels and impacts downstream metrics.
- Proven ability to influence channel owners and lead through collaboration.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments and read results.
- Practical experience with AI tools in creative workflows.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
