What you will do
- Execute hands-on campaigns in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Meta.
- Support PPC and Paid Social leads by turning strategy into live operational activity.
- Monitor account health, diagnose performance issues, and investigate root causes.
- Contribute to a high-velocity testing culture across creative, bidding, and landing pages.
- Use Smartly to support scaled, template-led paid social production.
- Collaborate across brand, creative, CRO, SEO, and data teams.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on skill in both PPC and Paid Social.
- Ability to work directly in-platform (Google Ads, Meta) to make confident changes.
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to link performance data to business results.
- AI-first instinct for automation and extracting insights.
- Experience operating within a regulated or compliance-aware environment.
- Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Smartly.io or similar creative automation tools.
- Experience in regulated, high-LTV, or subscription-based categories.
- Exposure to value-based bidding, server-side tracking, and unit economics.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks like Motion.
