What you will do

• Execute hands-on campaigns in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Meta.
• Support PPC and Paid Social leads by turning strategy into live operational activity.
• Monitor account health, diagnose performance issues, and investigate root causes.
• Contribute to a high-velocity testing culture across creative, bidding, and landing pages.
• Use Smartly to support scaled, template-led paid social production.
• Collaborate across brand, creative, CRO, SEO, and data teams.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on skill in both PPC and Paid Social.
• Ability to work directly in-platform (Google Ads, Meta) to make confident changes.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to link performance data to business results.
• AI-first instinct for automation and extracting insights.
• Experience operating within a regulated or compliance-aware environment.
• Must be based in London and able to work in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Smartly.io or similar creative automation tools.
• Experience in regulated, high-LTV, or subscription-based categories.
• Exposure to value-based bidding, server-side tracking, and unit economics.
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks like Motion.
