What you will do

• Manage debt collection via phone and email for allocated shows to meet monthly targets
• Handle billing administration and post customer receipts to accounts
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve invoice disputes
• Identify high-risk payers and propose actions to secure payments before events
• Produce weekly debtors reports and provide ad hoc financial reporting
• Oversee insurance processes and contractual paperwork for French-market events

Requirements

• Prior experience in credit control and sales invoicing
• Fluency in French and a strong understanding of French business customs
• Proficiency in basic Excel and general computer literacy
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is generally not offered)
