Manager, Paid Social

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid arrangement with teams in the office around four days a week. UK-based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and manage performance social activation across major client accounts.
• Run and optimize campaigns across Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat.
• Manage large integrated budgets against brand and direct-response targets.
• Recommend and implement interactive social formats, including Canvas, Carousel, and Stories.
• Build social strategies aligned with full-funnel objectives and the wider media landscape.
• Prioritize workloads, manage deadlines, and delegate tasks to Account Executives when appropriate.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a previous biddable social role.
• Confidence building strategy for full-funnel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media as a standalone channel and its role within the broader media landscape.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and workload management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and delegate effectively.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
