People Systems Lead (Workday)

What you will do

• Lead Workday HCM administration, configuration, and security architecture.
• Design and improve business processes to streamline People operations and support international requirements.
• Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, and talent systems using EIB, connectors, and APIs.
• Partner with People, IT, and Finance teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct technical analysis of releases and perform non-regression testing.
• Provide tier 2-3 support and facilitate change management using JIRA and JSM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS, specifically with Workday HCM configuration and administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday business process framework, data model, and security architecture.
• Experience with Workday integration tools including EIB, connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Fluent English required; French is considered a strong plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in London or Barcelona.
