TL;DR

Lead Functional Analyst (D365): Guiding the technical direction for the consumer app and identity team with an accent on authentication, customer onboarding, and CRM integrations. Focus on designing scalable backend services in .NET and ensuring seamless cross-country data flows.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Spain (Fuengirola/Malaga/Madrid) or Norway (Oslo). This is a hybrid role.

What you will do

  • Own the technical vision and architecture for identity, onboarding, and CRM integration flows.
  • Lead the development of APIs and backend services using .NET.
  • Break down complex epics into actionable technical tasks and plan work sequencing.
  • Mentor developers and influence technical training plans across the team.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering Managers to deliver business value.
  • Maintain hands-on development responsibilities while ensuring technical alignment across pods.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead or equivalent senior role.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Backend Developer (.NET Core/C#).
  • Expertise in authentication and authorization flows (Auth0/Okta/OAuth2).
  • Proven experience designing production-grade APIs and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred) and distributed systems.
  • Valid EU work permit is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure ecosystem, Service Bus, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and domain-driven design.
  • Exposure to mobile development workflows or CRM integrations.
