What you will do

• Build, test, and deploy customer communications, primarily email and SMS, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain and optimize marketing automations and customer journeys for efficiency.
• Perform platform audits and housekeeping to improve governance and reduce manual workflows.
• Identify and improve legacy processes, including naming conventions and manual tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for internal queries and support customer operations teams with issue resolution.
• Produce clear documentation and contribute to campaign delivery, migrations, and onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Hands-on experience building emails using HTML and CSS.
• Proven ability to deliver work from initial brief through to execution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and audience targeting.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and document processes clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or data querying.
• Knowledge of QA, testing, or peer review processes.
• Familiarity with Jira or agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
• Experience in a data-driven or B2C environment.
