What you will do

• Deliver B2B features supporting near-term goals and Viator’s strategic direction.
• Incorporate user feedback and research to understand traveler and operator needs.
• Write detailed product specifications, including goals, success metrics, and edge cases.
• Prioritize the team's backlog and break features into incremental milestones.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide iterations and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ensure alignment and visibility.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience (internships or full-time).
• Experience working within or alongside a Product function.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and tradeoffs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working with data to inform decisions and evaluate success.
• Must be based in London or Oxford and able to work from the office 2 days per week

Nice to have

• Exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML capabilities.
• Familiarity with the travel or marketplace industry.
• Experience with Jira, Figma, Confluence, or analytics platforms.
• Experience in user research, surveys, or usability testing.
