What you will do

• Own product outcomes across multiple squads, transforming business problems into prioritized, high-impact work.
• Shape the design direction of the product to ensure a coherent and intentional user experience.
• Design data-heavy and trust-critical operational workflows, making complex processes feel simple and dependable.
• Create wireframes, hi-fi designs in Figma, and occasional prototype code to validate ideas.
• Collaborate closely with Product Engineers from MVP scoping through to final delivery.
• Maintain constant communication with users to validate ideas and let real feedback shape the product.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience shipping products in fast-paced startups.
• Strong design craft and proficiency in Figma, capable of moving from wireframes to polished designs.
• Experience building data-heavy products where users trust the system with real money and critical decisions.
• Ability to reason about products through flows, layouts, and interactions.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Ability to write prototype code or open pull requests.
• Experience with agentic systems and autonomous AI components.
