What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution to deliver meaningful value to customers and the business.
• Build AI-powered products by partnering with Engineering, AI, and Design teams to create intuitive user experiences.
• Utilize customer insights, product metrics, and experimentation to validate ideas and guide product decisions.
• Lead execution by balancing customer needs, technical trade-offs, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Compliance to bring products to market at a global scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a leading technology company, AI company, or high-growth fintech.
• Proven track record of shipping products from discovery and strategy through launch and iteration.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to balance customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Data-driven mindset using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid work arrangement.
