What you will do

• Own products from discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Conduct customer research and user interviews to uncover real-world problems.
• Translate insights into product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritised backlogs.
• Partner closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Define success metrics and measure overall product performance.
• Explore how AI can enhance both the product and internal ways of working.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London (3 days per week)
• Strong Product Management experience within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience owning products end-to-end.
• Excellent customer discovery and user research skills.
• Experience within regulated, technical, or operationally complex environments.
• Practical experience using AI tools within your product workflow.

• Experience working with Government, Defence, Healthcare, or Cyber Security sectors.
