Salary: Starting at EUR 95,000 gross annual

What you will do

• Lead the management of platform worker and rider classification risks globally.
• Monitor and manage high-profile litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Develop defense strategies in collaboration with local legal counsel.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to support delivery solutions.
• Track and analyze legislative developments impacting platform work.
• Advise senior management and Public Policy teams on regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of experience in a law firm environment with a strong background in litigation.
• Deep expertise in platform work and worker classification.
• Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional European language.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to one of our markets in the EU.
