Legal Counsel, EMEA (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid position in County Cork, Ireland; candidates must permanently reside in Ireland and live within a commutable distance of the Cork office.

What you will do

• Advise HR on hiring, performance management, internal investigations, and employment-law compliance.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution, including outside counsel, litigation strategy, and pre-litigation matters.
• Review service-provider engagements and commercial procurement agreements, and improve related processes.
• Advise on deal structures and negotiate SaaS, partnership, licensing, and services agreements.
• Identify, mitigate, resolve, and escalate cross-functional legal risks with internal stakeholders.
• Improve legal processes, policies, and templates while supporting strategic legal initiatives.

Requirements

• Law degree and registration in good standing with the Law Society of Ireland.
• At least 3 years of in-house legal experience across employment, litigation, disputes, and commercial contracting.
• Proactive, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, critical thinking, organization, and time management.
• Permanent residence in Ireland and the ability to commute to the Cork office are required.

• Experience with SaaS technology, intellectual property, partner ecosystems, and privacy matters.
