What you will do

• Manage the lead management process in the DACH region to ensure optimal lead qualification and assignment.
• Coordinate OTI workstreams, track product launches, and align with local back-office stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Regional Commercial Operations team to harmonize CRM standards and flows.
• Provide daily support to Sales Managers and produce activity follow-ups for leadership.
• Create and maintain order forms and documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Proven experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, agent creation, and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in Jira for creating clear and solid ticket content.
• Ability to operate in a high-velocity, metrics-driven sales organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across different departments.
