What you will do

  • Manage a named-account list of 100–200 accounts, conducting deep research to determine optimal engagement strategies.
  • Conduct senior outbound conversations and discovery calls with VP-level and CXO stakeholders.
  • Execute signal-driven outreach by analyzing regulatory shifts, earnings calls, and leadership moves.
  • Develop a qualified pipeline in HubSpot with multi-thread coverage across active accounts.
  • Build and optimize a personal AI stack using Claude, n8n, Clay, and Apollo for research and enrichment.
  • Pilot, stress-test, and scale AI SDR agents for both inbound and outbound operations.

Requirements

  • Top-tier university graduate or 2–4 years of professional working experience.
  • Intellectual sharpness and commercial curiosity to translate market signals into outreach.
  • English: Proficiency required for senior-level business communication.
  • AI-first mindset with fluency in tools like Claude, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and n8n.
  • High resilience and intrinsic motivation for an outbound-heavy, high-performance culture.

Nice to have

  • Native or near-native proficiency in any Nordic language.
  • Exposure to maintenance, industrial, or service-related environments.
