What you will do
- Own expansion ARR growth across the customer portfolio through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead commercial conversations from initial opportunity through negotiation and closing.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate customer success into commercial growth.
- Analyze customer usage and CRM insights to uncover new buying signals.
- Develop scalable playbooks and structured engagement plans for customer expansion.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to share customer insights and improve processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Commercial Account Management or Customer Success B2B SaaS roles.
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts through upsell or cross-sell.
- Native German speaker with professional English proficiency.
- Strong consultative communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and confidence using AI technology to improve productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Background in HR Tech, FinTech, Expense Management, or ERP software.
- Experience working closely with Customer Success teams.
