Location: Berlin (Hybrid) — work from the Regents Place office 5 days a week

What you will do
- Generate leads through inbound and prospecting activities and convert them into opportunities and closed business.
- Educate and work leads via phone calls, emails, social media, events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Build an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process to support marketing activities, prospect touchpoints, and Account Executive hand-off.
- Create and activate email sequences and perform cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
Requirements
- German: Native/Bilingual and English: Native/Bilingual.
- Interest in Software/SaaS solutions, Consulting, Web3, or other tech-stuff.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including phone skills, listening skills, and writing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort in a quota-carrying environment.
- Commit to working from the Regents Place office 5 days a week.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales automation/prospecting tools (Amplemarket, Salesloft, Outreach) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Experience working at a fast-growing startup.
- Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills.
