TL;DR

Commercial Strategic Sales (AI Video Platform): Drive Synthesia’s growth by generating and educating leads through inbound and outbound prospecting, then converting them into opportunities and closed business. Focus on building scalable lead-generation processes, running email sequences and cold-calling to penetrate accounts, and managing follow-ups until meetings are set.

Location: Berlin (Hybrid) — work from the Regents Place office 5 days a week

What you will do

  • Generate leads through inbound and prospecting activities and convert them into opportunities and closed business.
  • Educate and work leads via phone calls, emails, social media, events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process to support marketing activities, prospect touchpoints, and Account Executive hand-off.
  • Create and activate email sequences and perform cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.

Requirements

  • German: Native/Bilingual and English: Native/Bilingual.
  • Interest in Software/SaaS solutions, Consulting, Web3, or other tech-stuff.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including phone skills, listening skills, and writing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort in a quota-carrying environment.
  • Commit to working from the Regents Place office 5 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales automation/prospecting tools (Amplemarket, Salesloft, Outreach) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Experience working at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills.
