• Prepare detailed reports on inspection results, audits, and non-conformance.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure factory compliance with documentation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in quality control, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or field quality roles.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global partners.
