Sr. EHS Lead (EHS/Compliance): Managing health and safety instructions and compliance across the MENA region with an accent on regulatory alignment and KPI reporting. Focus on auditing plant operations, implementing EHS management systems, and coaching commercial employees on safety standards.

What you will do
- Update Health and Safety instructions according to global and local regulations.
- Identify and fulfill training needs for EHS procedures through coaching and structured courses.
- Prepare legal declarations and report global EHS KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to Global EHS guidelines across commercial activities and operations in MENA.
- Provide EHS support for the KSA Warehouse and oversee CAPEX project follow-ups.
- Drive the implementation of Corporate EHS Objectives and Management Systems in the MEAIR region.
Requirements
- Experience in EHS leadership, auditing, and Responsible Care Management.
- Proficiency in local and global safety regulations, including specific knowledge of Türkiye regulations.
- Ability to build and deliver training programs for commercial employees.
- Experience supporting supply chain operations and customer site safety inspections.
- Must be based in Cairo, Egypt
