What you will do

• Optimize vehicle and powertrain control systems to improve safety, emissions, fuel economy, and drivability.
• Develop new Smart Calibration processes, tools, and simulation platforms for electrification, H2 solutions, and ADAS.
• Generate KPIs and requirements while developing and analyzing test cases.
• Conduct environmental tests in various international locations including the USA, Italy, Finland, and Spain.
• Collaborate with global experts to implement the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in electric/electronic, controls, mechatronics, automotive, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in R&D and product development.
• Knowledge of electrified/hybrid powertrain technologies, ADAS/AD, transmissions, or engine systems.
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink for controller design, system dynamics, and modeling.
• Experience with Automotive Diagnostics and Network Communication (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in C#, Java, or Python.
• Proficiency in German, French, or Italian.
