TL;DR

Customer Value Consultant (SaaS): Driving enterprise account onboarding, adoption, and expansion with an accent on quantifiable business outcomes and value discovery. Focus on building customer-specific business cases and identifying expansion opportunities to maximize client ROI.

Location: Berlin (hybrid - 2 days per week at the office). Must be based in and have the right to work in Germany

What you will do

  • Run pre-sale value discovery and quantify business upside for enterprise prospects.
  • Lead structured onboarding processes aligned with agreed business cases.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct value reviews at 3 and 6 months to measure realized outcomes against baselines.
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities and discover new use cases within accounts.
  • Utilize adoption data and health scores to prioritize proactive client outreach.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in value-led sales, account management, or commercial Customer Success within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building quantified, customer-specific business cases tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts and engaging economic buyers.
  • Strong data-driven approach using usage signals to guide conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Must be based in Germany and have the right to work there (no visa sponsorship available).

  • Proficiency in German.
  • Curiosity about AI-assisted workflows and automation tools.
