What you will do

  • Onboard enterprise customers, integrating AI solutions into daily professional workflows and guiding administrators with best practices.
  • Conduct training and enablement sessions to position the platform as essential for strategic legal work.
  • Manage complex organizational relationships, engage executive buyers, and build long-term advocates.
  • Align with customers on adoption rates, measurable value, and ROI to ensure value realization.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to maintain renewal readiness and drive strategic expansions.
  • Relay customer insights and needs to Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in customer-owning roles at tech or SaaS platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects, timelines, and revenue-based prioritization.
  • Experience running in-person meetings with executives and influencing stakeholders within complex organizations.
  • Track record of owning revenue, expansion, and renewal targets.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams.
  • Must be based in Munich, Germany.
