What you will do

  • Manage a $6M+ USD portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on net revenue retention and growth.
  • Build deep relationships with technical buyers and C-suite executives across DACH, Nordics, and Benelux.
  • Utilize health scores and product usage data to drive value-based customer interactions and avoid filler meetings.
  • Partner with AE, BDR, and SE in geo-aligned pods to ensure seamless customer continuity.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and map new stakeholders within existing accounts using prospecting acumen.
  • Mentor junior CSMs and contribute to the development of team playbooks and engagement templates.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management with large enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees).
  • German language skills are required.
  • Proven track record of managing a $6M+ book of business and navigating complex organizations.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities (IT, security, data science) into clear business impact.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer onsite visits and executive business reviews.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage companies where you helped build structure from scratch.
  • Familiarity with open-source ecosystems, software package management, or supply chain security.
  • Experience using AI tools for account research, stakeholder mapping, and QBR preparation.
