What you will do

  • Act as the strategic owner and consultant for client accounts in the utilities, renewables, and airport sectors.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to drive long-term success and partnerships.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand account value and revenue.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to uncover unmet customer needs and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize client offerings.
  • Analyze accounts for new business opportunities leveraging industry insights and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (written and spoken at Business Level).
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or B2B client relations.
  • 5 years of experience specifically in software and/or SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of Energy, Utilities, Transportation, or Renewable industries.
  • Proficiency in SFDC (Salesforce) for tracking leads and managing pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
