Location: Sydney, Australia, at Taronga Zoo Sydney; flexible hybrid work model

Salary: Annual package starting from AUD 132,588, including base salary of AUD 116,981, superannuation, and leave loading

What you will do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and initiatives that drive visitation, revenue, and brand advocacy.
• Deliver and optimise paid and owned digital campaigns and platforms within allocated budgets.
• Contribute to portfolio marketing plans and budgets across revenue-generating products and channels.
• Manage media, data analytics, and other agency relationships.
• Collaborate with fundraising, education, overnight experiences, and membership teams on digital marketing strategy and execution.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, reporting, campaign optimisation, and the digital marketing team.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business administration, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience and commercial achievement as a manager in a digital marketing department or agency.
• Experience working in a competitive commercial environment.
• Current paid NSW Working with Children Check required and maintained at the candidate’s own expense.
