What you will do
- Develop value propositions by analyzing customer needs, competitors, and the company's unique edge.
- Define and refine global product positioning and messaging in collaboration with product and sales teams.
- Plan and drive effective product launch strategies across sales, marketing, pricing, and operations.
- Deliver a compelling end-to-end customer experience across websites, emails, content, and decks.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to test hypotheses and make data-backed decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with global and regional strategy, product, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product strategy at a fast-growing tech company.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent.
- Experience collaborating with regional commercial teams to launch GTM campaigns that grow adoption.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Ability to prioritize opportunities and work independently as a self-starter.
- Track record of driving impact across cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and data analytics.
Nice to have
- Experience in Financial Services and/or Financial Technology.
- Experience with global GTM campaigns supporting SME and/or Enterprise businesses.
