Product Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: UK-based and hybrid, with regular attendance at the London or Manchester office; remote work is available for the remainder of the time.

Salary: £60,000–£85,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and audience-specific messaging for hirify.global products.
• Support product launches, updates, adoption, and usage in partnership with Product and Marketing.
• Generate client insights and understand buying personas and the customer journey.
• Research competitors and the market to inform strategic business decisions.
• Create presentations, one-pagers, playbooks, business cases, and other commercial enablement materials.
• Support customer case studies and related marketing activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or a technology company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
• Experience with customer-centric marketing using qualitative and quantitative research.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work across the full product lifecycle.
• Curiosity, a growth mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to form a point of view on how AI agents can support product marketing while maintaining quality.
