What you will do
- Own relationships with advertising partners as the primary point of contact.
- Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to drive adoption of ads products.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for partnership expansion through increased investment and product adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Policy teams to resolve issues and improve platform value.
- Collect and surface advertiser feedback to inform product strategy.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or customer success.
- Experience managing agency or advertiser relationships within an adtech, platform, or publisher environment.
- Proficiency in data querying using SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Munich, Germany.
