Growth Manager

Salary: €75,000–€100,000 plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own and manage a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Optimize ROAS targets daily using internal AI tools and analytics platforms like Hex, Amplitude, and Looker Studio.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before advertisers notice, pushing budget and format tests strategically.
• Translate between commercial and technical teams to address data discrepancies and engineering timelines.
• Document and improve Growth team processes weekly to enhance operational efficiency.
• Progressively take on larger account responsibilities and leadership opportunities over time.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin and work onsite 5 days a week.
• Strong data storytelling skills and ability to communicate complex metrics simply.
• Bilingual communication skills to engage both commercial and technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience or willingness to learn performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU.
• Self-driven with high ownership, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver impact.

Nice to have

• Experience managing advertiser accounts in performance marketing or mobile gaming UA.
• Familiarity with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular and attribution concepts.
• Background in top-tier consulting or scale-up environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL notebooks like Hex and rewarded UA platforms.
