What you will do

• Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners as the primary point of contact.
• Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to ensure strong product adoption.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for partnership expansion through increased investment and product usage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Policy teams to resolve issues.
• Surface advertiser insights to inform product improvements and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or customer success.
• Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environment.
• Proficiency in data querying using SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Paris, France.
