What you will do
- Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners as the primary point of contact.
- Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to ensure strong product adoption.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for partnership expansion through increased investment and product usage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Policy teams to resolve issues.
- Surface advertiser insights to inform product improvements and long-term strategy.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or customer success.
- Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environment.
- Proficiency in data querying using SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Paris, France.
