What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of French enterprise accounts in Europe to ensure high retention and sustainable growth.
- Onboard new clients and educate them on using the AI platform to replace text-based communication.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Identify growth opportunities and manage risk through regular client health check-ins and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create a cohesive onboarding experience.
- Perform light video editing using the Synthesia platform to demonstrate value to clients.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Implementation, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing a Book of Business and achieving KPIs.
- Experience in risk management, forecasting, and enterprise client retention.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Must be located in Paris, France.
