What you will do

• Drive post go-live customer adoption and value realization to ensure retention and growth.
• Conduct product trainings to enable users and maximize feature adoption.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to guide customers through technical implementation requirements.
• Provide proactive recommendations to optimize platform usage and document ROI.
• Identify churn risks and work with Account Executives to eliminate them.
• Act as the voice of the customer to provide internal feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, French, and German.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience supporting highly technical products and managing a portfolio of accounts.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and drive decision-making.
