What you will do

  • Serve as the primary advisor for a B2B client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships through QBRs and ongoing support.
  • Guide clients in resolving business challenges using systematic market and consumer research.
  • Conduct client workshops and training to educate customers on modern market research methods.
  • Manage research projects end-to-end, ensuring efficient survey launches and timely delivery of results.
  • Drive revenue growth through renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells via strategic account planning.
  • Collaborate with the sales organization to identify and expand growth opportunities across client accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France.
  • Proficiency in both French and English is required.
  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Market Research, or a similar field.
  • 10+ years of experience working for market research companies.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting and consulting B2B customers, ideally in SaaS or management consulting.
  • Experience working in dynamic and interactive environments.
