What you will do

  • Own a high-volume B2B client portfolio end-to-end to drive activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Utilize CRM alerts and AI-powered dashboards to prioritize and act on accounts proactively.
  • Design and execute targeted commercial campaigns for credit offers and product adoption.
  • Shape the playbooks and processes for portfolio management at scale.
  • Collaborate within a distributed team spanning Paris and Barcelona.

Requirements

  • Experience managing large volumes of client accounts in a B2B context (fintech, banking, or SaaS).
  • Commercial mindset with proven ability to grow revenue via outreach and product adoption.
  • Proficiency in using CRM signals and analytics dashboards to guide execution.
  • Ability to remain composed and professional when handling churn risks and escalations.
  • Must be based in Paris for on-site work.
  • Fluency in French is required for managing the French client segment.
