Key Account Manager (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic public sector accounts, including ministries and public entities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Ensure successful onboarding and promote health partner positioning to drive employee adoption.
• Analyze and present consumption reports through regular business reviews.
• Renegotiate contracts to ensure value and sustainable profitability.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence product and service evolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role with frequent C-level interactions.
• Full working proficiency in French (excellent oral and written communication).
• Advanced level in English.
• Experience dealing with very large organizations and unions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present deep data analysis.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, or Marseille.
