Location: Must be based in Kraków, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office required).

Salary: From 12,000 PLN per annum.

What you will do

• Analyze and explain underlying business performance drivers for revenue and costs.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support decision-making.
• Design and maintain divisional management reports, including weekly and monthly cycles.
• Manage cost analysis, including budget variance and efficiency recommendations.
• Support the Senior Finance Business Partner with planning and forecasting processes.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to drive informed business decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS SQL with the ability to read and write scripts.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in data analysis and handling unstructured data.
• Solid understanding of accounting and reconciliation principles.

Nice to have

• Experience using financial planning and reporting tools like Anaplan.
