Salary: PLN 11,000 - PLN 12,800 gross monthly (Krakow/Poland)

What you will do

• Support the creation of financial forecasts for senior stakeholders.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Design and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Partner with Accounting, Data Science, and Treasury teams to ensure analytical consistency.
• Prepare clear summaries of financial insights for business decision-making.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy and scalability of financial planning.

Requirements

• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027 with a degree in STEM, accounting, or an analytical field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial and operational data analysis.
• Fluency in English with strong communication capabilities.
• Full-time availability starting in 2027.
• Ability to work from the office 3 days per week in the country of employment.

Nice to have

• Accounting qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACA, or ACCA.
• CFA, FRM, or CERTBALM qualifications.
