Location: Must be based in Poland, Lithuania, or Portugal (Hybrid/Remote options available).

Salary: PLN 11,100–16,100 (Poland) or €3,000–€4,400 (Lithuania) gross monthly.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts through 1:1s, coaching, and career development.
• Monitor daily and weekly operations to ensure timely reactions and high-quality output.
• Perform deep dives on SLAs and provide actionable insights to improve performance trends.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external escalations.
• Challenge existing processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist management with hiring processes and training new team members.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• 1+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs.
• Proven experience in AML, compliance, card disputes, or transaction monitoring.
• Solid knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations (e.g., JMLSG, ML regulations, OFAC, POCA).
• Practical knowledge of SQL.
• Strong understanding of the interplay between legal and business risk.
