What you will do

• Manage and maintain group treasury accounts to ensure operational efficiency.
• Administer banking portal access and permissions for key business stakeholders.
• Scale operations by setting up new entities from a treasury and finance perspective.
• Support Settlements, Trade, and Support teams to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with vendors and implement new tools to improve team performance.
• Develop and monitor risk and control metrics, including KRIs, KPIs, and SLAs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in treasury, onboarding, or payments.
• Background working in a reputable, high-growth bank or fintech company.
• Solid knowledge of various financial instruments.
• Proven expertise in delivering change and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of treasury/finance functions and risk management.
• Must be based in Poland, Portugal, Spain, or the UAE.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or Python for advanced data analysis.
• Strong relationship management, project management, and leadership skills.
