Location: Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, or Spain (Hybrid/Remote options available in specified locations).

Compensation: €3,300–€3,900 gross monthly (Vilnius/Lithuania); PLN17,700–PLN20,900 gross monthly (Poland).

What you will do

• Collaborate with Internal Audit heads to audit processes and controls across financial crime, operations, and technology risk domains.
• Deliver 3+ end-to-end internal audits every 6 months, including scope development and risk assessment.
• Formalize audit deliverables in line with established methodologies and procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business priorities and inform ongoing risk assessments.
• Validate management actions related to prior audit findings against agreed success criteria.
• Utilize data analytics to test controls, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable business insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an audit-related role, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proficiency in interpreting data using SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
• Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, or Spain.
